- Estimate of future annual income and expenditure for the next three years.
- DSC procurement and Director Identification Number (DIN) application.
- Name Availability Search & Approval (via SPICe+ Part A).
- Drafting of MOA & AOA with specific non-profit clauses.
- Application to Central Government for Section 8 License.
- Filing of SPICe+ form with the MCA.
- PAN & TAN application for the company.
- Certificate of Incorporation procurement.
