1. Consultation Services

Fees paid for legal consultations are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled and the advocate's time has been blocked. However, we understand that circumstances can change.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to a nominal cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
• Advocate Unavailability: If the assigned advocate is unavailable for a scheduled consultation, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time or offer a full refund.

2. Service Bookings

For specific legal services (e.g., Company Registration, Trademark Filing), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the service.

• If a service is cancelled before any government fees have been paid or significant work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund of our professional fees.
• Government fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• If work has already commenced on your file, a portion of the professional fee may be retained to cover the work done.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@nyaysetgo.com with your booking ID and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
