Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration

  • PAN Cards of all Designated Partners.
  • Aadhaar Cards/ID Proof (Voter ID, Driving License, Passport) of all Designated Partners.
  • Address Proof (Utility Bill, Bank Statement) of all Designated Partners (not older than 2 months).
  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all Designated Partners.
  • Proof of Registered Office Address: Utility bill, rent agreement, or property tax receipt, along with a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner.
